Premier Staff

Candidate Communication Terms

Effective October 7, 2026 · Consent language version 2026-10-07

Applies to: the Premier Staff candidate application portal at app.premierstaff.com, apply.eventstaff.ai, and our Spanish-language portal (the "RecruitGenie" Platform).

These Communication Terms govern the text messages, telephone calls, and emails you agree to receive from Premier Staff when you apply through the Platform, and how we handle the contact information and consent records involved. They form part of, and are incorporated by reference into, our Candidate Terms of Service and Candidate Privacy Policy. Where these Communication Terms are more specific than those documents about communications or contact data, these Communication Terms control.

"Premier Staff," "we," "us," "our" — Premier Staff, the business responsible for the Platform. "You," "Candidate" — an individual applying for event-staffing work. "Client" — a business we propose you to for a role.

1. Text Messages (SMS, MMS, and WhatsApp)

1.1 What we send. We send two kinds of text message:

Messages are sent on behalf of Premier Staff from telephone numbers registered to us or to our telephony vendor, and over WhatsApp where that is available in your country.

1.2 Your consent. By checking the consent box and submitting the application form, you authorize Premier Staff and the service providers acting on our behalf to send text messages to the mobile number you provide. Messages may be sent using automated technology, including an automatic telephone dialing system, and calls may include prerecorded or artificial-voice messages. The exact statement you agree to is reproduced in Section 5.

1.3 Part of applying; withdrawable at any time. We cannot move an application forward without being able to reach you, so agreeing to calls and texts is part of submitting an application: the box is unchecked by default and must be ticked to submit. It is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services — there is nothing to buy — and you can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP or emailing us (Section 1.6); we will then continue by email where you have given us an address. The one-time verification code is sent to every applicant to confirm the number is theirs, because an application cannot be processed without a verified number.

1.4 Frequency and charges. Message frequency varies with your application activity and with the opportunities available in your city. Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier. Not all carriers or devices are supported, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

1.5 Opt-in confirmation. When you first apply, we may send one confirmation message that identifies Premier Staff and the program, states that message frequency varies and that message and data rates may apply, and gives STOP and HELP instructions. It contains no other marketing content.

1.6 How to opt out. Reply STOP to any text message. We may send one message confirming the opt-out, with no marketing content. You can also opt out by emailing support@premierstaff.com from the email address on your application, or by any other reasonable method that clearly tells us what you want. We honor every opt-out within the time the law requires and in any event within ten (10) business days.

1.7 Help. Reply HELP to any text message, or email support@premierstaff.com.

1.8 What opting out does. Replying STOP stops text messages from us to that number, including application messages, until you reply START. If you have an application in progress, we may be unable to text you a verification code or status updates; we can continue by email where you have given us an address. Opting out of texts does not stop email about your application.

1.9 Eligibility and authority. The Platform is for individuals 18 and older. By providing a mobile number, you confirm that you are its subscriber or customary user and are authorized to consent to calls and texts at that number.

1.10 Number changes. If you change, transfer, or give up your mobile number, tell us promptly at support@premierstaff.com so we do not send messages to a number you no longer control.

1.11 No sharing of mobile opt-in data. Your mobile number and your text-message opt-in consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent records are not shared with any third party. Your mobile number is shared only with the service providers that deliver our messages and operate the Platform on our behalf and, when we propose you for a specific role, with that Client as part of your candidate profile (Privacy Policy, Section 5.2).

1.12 Changes. We may update these text message terms. Material changes are posted on this page with a new effective date and, where the law requires, communicated by text message. Continuing to receive messages after the effective date is acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Telephone Calls

2.1 Authorization. By providing a telephone number when you apply, you authorize Premier Staff and the service providers acting on our behalf to call it about your application, interviews, offers, onboarding, and shifts, and about new opportunities.

2.2 Technology. Calls are normally placed by our recruiters. If we use them, calls may also be placed with automated dialing technology or include prerecorded or artificial-voice messages (including AI-generated voice).

2.3 Calling hours. We place recruiting calls and texts only during legally permitted hours in your local time — never before 8:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m. — and follow the narrower windows some states impose.

2.4 Do-not-call requests. Tell any recruiter "do not call," email support@premierstaff.com, reply STOP to a related text, or use any other reasonable method that clearly communicates your request.

2.5 Internal do-not-call list. We keep an internal do-not-call list and honor company-specific requests within the time the law requires. A request applies to the number you identify and is retained for at least the period the law requires.

2.6 Identification. On outbound recruiting calls we identify the caller, Premier Staff as the business on whose behalf the call is made, and a way to make a do-not-call request. Any prerecorded or artificial-voice recruiting message includes an automated, interactive opt-out.

2.7 Caller ID. We transmit accurate caller identification and never block or spoof it.

2.8 Recording. Calls with Premier Staff may be recorded or monitored for quality, training, compliance, and record-keeping. Where the law requires, you are told at the start of the call and may decline to continue a recorded call.

3. Email

3.1 Consent. By providing an email address, you agree to receive email from Premier Staff and the providers acting on our behalf about your application, interviews, offers, onboarding, and shifts, and about new opportunities.

3.2 Content. Our emails identify the sender accurately, use truthful subject lines, and are identified as advertisements where the law requires. Recruiting-outreach emails include a clear way to unsubscribe.

3.3 Unsubscribe. Use the link in any recruiting email or email support@premierstaff.com. Unsubscribe links work for at least thirty (30) days after an email is sent, are free, and require nothing more than your email address. Requests are processed within ten (10) business days or sooner where the law requires.

3.4 Postal address. Recruiting-outreach emails include a valid postal address for Premier Staff.

3.5 Application email. Unsubscribing from recruiting outreach does not stop email needed to process an application you submit or to deliver an offer or onboarding documents you requested, to the extent the law permits.

3.6 Tracking. Our email provider uses standard open- and click-tracking, described in the Privacy Policy, Section 5.1.

3.7 No sale of addresses. Email addresses are not sold, rented, or transferred to third parties for their own marketing, and are shared with service providers only as described in Section 4.

4. Contact Information and Consent Records

4.1 What we keep. The contact information you submit (name, email address, mobile number, and ZIP code); your consent choice, the exact consent language and version shown to you, and the date and time; the form version; and device and interaction data such as IP address, device and browser type, and the page you applied from. The Privacy Policy, Section 2, lists everything we collect.

4.2 How we use it. To verify your number, process and communicate about your application, send recruiting outreach unless you have withdrawn, keep consent and opt-out records, prevent fraud and misuse, measure and improve the application flow, enforce our terms, and comply with law.

4.3 Service providers. We disclose contact information to the telephony, email, hosting, database, and phone-verification providers that run the Platform on our behalf (Privacy Policy, Section 5.1). They may use it only to provide those services to us.

4.4 Other disclosures. As described in the Privacy Policy, Sections 5.2 and 5.3: to a Client when we propose you for a role; to comply with law or legal process; to protect rights, safety, or property; and to a successor in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

4.5 No sale or targeted advertising. We do not sell your contact information and do not use or disclose it for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising.

4.6 Retention. We keep consent, opt-out, and do-not-call records for at least as long as the law requires us to be able to demonstrate them, and otherwise as described in the Privacy Policy, Section 8.

4.7 Your rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information and to opt out of certain uses. How to exercise them is in the Privacy Policy, Section 9.

4.8 Children. The Platform and these communications are for individuals 18 and older.

4.9 Incorporation and precedence. These Communication Terms form part of the Candidate Terms of Service and the Candidate Privacy Policy. If they conflict with those documents about communications or contact data, these Communication Terms control.

4.10 Changes and contact. We post the effective date of the current version at the top of this page. Questions about these terms: support@premierstaff.com.

5. The Consent Statement on the Application Form

The checkbox is unchecked by default and must be ticked to submit an application. It is also how you accept the Candidate Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (Terms, Section 1). This is the statement you agree to when you tick it, exactly as the form shows it (the portal's brand name appears where "Premier Staff" is written). The Spanish-language portal shows the Spanish text. Both are consent language version 2026-10-07.

Checkbox label (English)

I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and that Premier Staff may call or text me at this number about this application, interviews, offers, shifts, and future opportunities that fit me, including with automated texts. Msg & data rates may apply; frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out.

Full consent statement (English)

By checking the box and submitting your application, you expressly authorize Premier Staff and the service providers acting on its behalf to call and text you (SMS/MMS, and WhatsApp where available) at the mobile number you provide about this application, interview invitations, job offers, shifts, onboarding, and future opportunities that match your profile. Messages and calls may use automated technology, including an automatic telephone dialing system, and may include prerecorded or artificial-voice messages.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. We cannot move an application forward without reaching you, so this agreement is part of applying; it is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP to any text, by emailing support@premierstaff.com, or by any other reasonable method; reply HELP for help.

We send the one-time verification code and the updates needed to process an application you submit. By providing your email address you agree to receive email about your application and opportunities; unsubscribe from non-essential email at any time using the link in any message.

By providing a mobile number you confirm you are its subscriber or customary user and are authorized to agree to calls and texts at that number. See the Communication Terms and Privacy Policy for details.

6. Mobile Number Verification

We text a one-time code to the mobile number you enter to confirm it is yours, reduce errors, prevent fraud or misuse, and make sure a recruiter can reach you. The code is checked by our telephony vendor and is not stored by us (Privacy Policy, Section 2). By submitting your number, you confirm that you are its subscriber or customary user and are authorized to agree to calls and texts at that number.
